Heavy Duty Air-operated Double Diaphragm Pump for Diesel, Kerosene, Grease and Oil

The working principle of this air-operated double diaphragm pump is as follows: the pump has two symmetrical working chambers, each equipped with a diaphragm, and the center link is integrated into one. Compressed air from the pump inlet enters the valve, passes through the valve body, and is introduced into one of the chambers to promote the movement of the diaphragm. Meanwhile, the other chamber experiences gas emissions. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the gas distribution mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the two diaphragms move back and forth in unison.
